Diehard tests

The diehard tests are a battery of statistical tests for measuring the quality of a random number generator. They were developed by George Marsaglia over several years and first published in 1995 on ay complex applications of random numbers and new challenges. At present, Diehard tests have become the most widely used random number test package.

The Diehard tests battery in CD-ROM of random numbers. Diehard is a more rigorous randomness test, to meet the increasinglcludes twelve tests of which few are repeated with different parameters.for example, Birthday spacingsOverlapping permutations and so on.
